"Great stay! Rooms were clean and the staff was amazing! It was a bit loud at times but nothing ear plugs can't fix. Be weary of the Taxi drivers from the airport who claimed this Hotel was in a dangerous area away from San Blas. We had already booked the hotel and figured if it was bad, we could change hotels. "The pictures look really good on the website and this property looks NOTHING like them!!! The room on the garden level was very stuffy and nasty smelling and when I asked for a fan, they could not provide me one, so I had to get air freshener! The staff immediate tested her blood oxygen level and offered an emergency oxygen tank to relieve her symptoms.
