"The hotel is very close to the train station and within walking distance to the city center. The services are excellent. The only thing I would add is that if you want to have a quieter room, ask for a room facing away from the street. "

"Everything was fine from check in to check out. We were upgraded to a bigger room on the first floor and were very pleased. Room service was timely and good. All the staff were exemplary. Breakfast was very good and a great selection. Bar tender was professional and mixed great concoctions."

"Beautiful hotel in Aguas Calientes, just outside of the hustle bustle so quiet. We had room 504 which is corner unit. Huge room with big balcony overlooking the river. Bathroom has a combined jet tub-shower with alot of pressure. Staff is great, welcoming and smiling and always making sure you are a happy traveler! Included breakfast is very complete with made t order omelet, fresh fruits, etc"
