"Brandon and his team were absolutely fantastic during our 3 night stay. The hotel is very customer focused and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were visible the whole time, there was a complementary cheese & wine event, the handyman even cleaned bird poop off our rental car. "The hotel was nice. Unfortunately we got a dark room without much of natural light. The property owner offered to move us to a room with a window but we did not want to move for the remaining of our stay … just two more nights. Our room could use a little bit of upkeep. Place is built of adobe and some parts are peeling a bit. The room was comfortable and spacey and staff were nice and accommodating. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown to shops and dining. "
