"Fantastic hotel. Great customer service and away from the busy centre of San Pedro. Lacked some amenities such as a fridge and television but not really an issue as we were out everyday for activities. The external approach needs paving but this maybe done later as an extension seems in progress. The restaurant really does not match the standard of the hotel. There is limited choice for vegetarians and vegans other than Pasta or Salad. Similarly, the breakfast has limited hot food options. "

"Brandon and his team were absolutely fantastic during our 3 night stay. The hotel is very customer focused and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were visible the whole time, there was a complementary cheese & wine event, the handyman even cleaned bird poop off our rental car. "Website should be proactive and notify weekly about weather conditions. It is important to advise what clothing to pack for different explorations. When exploration is at 5K altitude in spring, there could be very low temperature, which requires winter clothes.
