"Great hotel. Grounds are covered in beautiful gardens and flowers. Location is great - walkable to most everywhere in Rapa Nui. Rooms have Air Conditioning and solid WiFi, which are tough to find on Easter Island. Special thanks to Edith, who assisted with tours and also cooks an amazing breakfast. "

One thing about our room, though, was rather odd: the electrical sockets were inconveniently placed, requiring one to get down on the floor to plug in or inconveniently locsted for udimg the coffee maker."

"The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful.
