"Everything outside and inside the structure is a mess; dirty, smelly, with stuff piled up everywhere. We were so "lucky" to have the best room; a room that smelled of cat's urine. The fan was broken, so the air conditioning and the main light didn't work. The pillow were smelly. Breakfast is poor, if you have the chance to have it. In fact the day we finally left, the owner didn't show up even if he was supposed to serve breakfast starting from 7:30. We were in a hurry, and we've been stuck for...

"My rating would be 9/10. This is a very beautiful resort with gorgeous view of the Arenal volcano Mountain. The resort is well kept with lots of plants and services. Hotspring and pool area are great and have good views. Check in and out was easy. Lots of privacy. Quiet and peaceful. My only two reasons I gave 9/10 instead of 10/10 are: 1) The food options for the free breakfast was very repetitive and boring. A few changing options, but good food. in the hot food section would be better....
