"The hotel gardens and lobby area are beautiful. The rooms are a very good size. Half the staff are wonderful, the other half isn’t. Fairly modern rooms, but the carpet was separating from the wall in one area of the room making it a bit of a tripping hazard. Helpful tips: Don’t use the vending machine. The hotel takes no responsibility for it and it was regularly not dispensing items to people. If you’re a woman travelling alone be aware that the back parking lot is not lit overnight, and...

"We arrived 10mins after checkin and could not get in contact with the “after hours manager” we sat around waiting for an hour calling the provided numbers, and found him lighting the fireplace. Kitchen was nice hot tub was great. They have large TV and lounge area on both levels. Hopefully next time there will be better communication "

"Great location with easy access to the thermal springs, trails, and restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. No lift/elevator so lugging the heavy suitcase up the stairs was a bit of a chore."

"We love staying at Tasman Holiday Parks Christchurch. The playground and games room are great for the kids and having a supermarket and dining options 2 minutes down the road is ideal. My only comment this time around is that our room was lacking hooks to hang things on (towels clothes etc) and a mirror."
