"We really like staying here. This time we stayed mountain side. All was great aside from a staff member trying to come in to our room stating we had called in asking for a half cleaning. I called to the front to inquire and no one ever bothered to check in on it and get back to me - pretty unprofessional. "This was our Disneyland post-pandemic family fun trip. 6 adults, 2 kids. This Marriott is very well staffed, with everyone, it seems, looking for ways to make your stay wonderful. After flying in, the kids were able to use the pool all afternoon. The old folk took naps 😴. This was our 2nd family stay, last one was pre-pandemic. They only got better!!"

"We found black mold in the shower. In the middle grout area where the white grout is, kinda gross and would expect more from a nicer resort. This was a weekend staycation for us for our anniversary. We realize the rooms get turned around and cleaned for upcoming guests but every now and then they should inspect rooms for stuff like that. "
