"It was in a clean area. It was near by food options. Quite for the most part. They only downfall was the ac was not working and they didnt reveal until after they took the security deposit"

"Hotel is near the Sky Tower which is convenient if you’re travelling from Auckland airport. It is also within walking distance to the main shopping area and the harbour. There are many restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and willing to hold our luggage after we’ve checked out. Only thing to be aware of is the city noise. The windows are not thick so you can hear traffic and noise from the streets below. "

"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"This accommodation has been the best of all my stays in Auckland, safe, super clean, great kitchen, very friendly staff and so close to K Road and the CBD (great shopping and dining), yet very quiet situated amongst a road of large trees; the best. I will be back."

"Good location in a nice hotel that is slightly dated. Somebody had sprayed the ceiling with likely champagne and it left a stain. Still, the room was clean and nice and we were not too far from the harbor"
