"Hotel is near the Sky Tower which is convenient if you’re travelling from Auckland airport. It is also within walking distance to the main shopping area and the harbour. There are many restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and willing to hold our luggage after we’ve checked out. Only thing to be aware of is the city noise. The windows are not thick so you can hear traffic and noise from the streets below. "

"Amazing place. Had a superior room, has everything you could want - hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, large TV with sound system, separate living/dining room. Top location, close to main shopping areas and dining options. Staff were excellent on check in. Can't really fault it, and very good value for money. I am paying less for what is basically an apartment, than I would pay for a box room in a London chain hotel. Will definitely stay again in future. "
