"Beautiful hotel! The poor reviews must be from miserable people that complain about everything. Or if chandeliers and baby grand pianos offend you. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because the water could have been hotter in the shower. The eco- friendly part I’m assuming. I brought my 2 dogs and we received dog bowls, bandannas for them to wear and a keychain of waste bags. Will definitely be staying here again! "

"The entire hotel staff were very helpful. Hotels.com, however, I have used this company for the last time. It should not take an act of congress to add a method of payment when there is an issue. I will never and I repeat never use hotels.com ever again. Marriott on the other hand, has a gained a new customer. "
