"My mum and I had a lovely stay at Ardoe! Our room was great, and we enjoyed drinks in the drawing room; the bartender was brilliant. Our meal was also fantastic, highly recommend treating yourself in their restaurant although they do also have bar meals. The only downside is that the swimming pool hosts so many lessons and also seems to attract a lot of local families, so we didn't have many opportunities to use the pool. We had to get up really early to use it before lessons started, but...

"A friendly, welcoming lady greeted me on arrival and explained everything simply and professionally. The room was warm, comfortable and most adequate for one night at the hotel. Very comfy bed. The teas and coffees were well stocked with my favourite Clipper coffee - tremendous attention to detail, imo. The bar restaurant has an open fire which was continually stocked as it was snow and sleet outside. In the evening, the food, service, and value was nothing short of excellent. Breakfast was...

"Booked a few nights at Meldrum House while visiting family. Enjoyed my room which was very large. The shower was great! Had a bit of an issue in the restaurant the night we dined in but the reception staff was kind and helpful, adjusting our final bill to reflect the inconvenience which I appreciated. Would definitely return!"
