I had my 89 year old father with us and the only negative for us was no railngs on any steps going into the house or in the basement which is where the only shower was and no bathroom on the main level . "This home is spectacular! It's spacious and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. There is ample outdoor seating as well. The lawn is massive, allowing young children and pets ample room to play without fear of them getting too close to the water. The owner is very responsive in the event that you have a question.
