"Loved the location and the view off the porch especially. Many deer passed through. Several problems unfortunately. 1)The door code and door lock were inoperable. Had to call Vacasa and get key to lock box and physical key. Even then, the door would not lock behind us. 2) Internet did not work until third day of stay. Again, this required phone time with Vacasa. 3) Hot water tap in second bedroom would not produce hot water. 4) Both tubs had unpleasant black mold on grout and caulk that might...

"If u r looking for some space to sleep and cook this will fit those needs. Nothing fancy but clean enough. Had a comfortable stay. Bedroom not great for a light sleeper because of the traffic lights and sounds 30ft outside windows. Not a very busy road so not too disruptive."

It was a bit too cold to spend much time outside but I imagine it’s magical during the early Fall and Summer. The hosts went all out and decorated the cottage interior with tasteful holiday decorations which was very nice. "We loved everything about this place. It is on the most beautiful spot with a small creek running behind it. The deck and outdoor seating areas expand the home. The house itself fit our six perfectly, and the living room was cozy with tons of games and puzzles. We hope to come back again!"

"This home is perfect!! Even during a hurricane It was clean and lovely! Comfy bed. Nicely decorated. Great spot with our dogs. Big yard. Nice porches to sit and little to the river in the back yard! Thankful there was no flooding!!! Communication with owners and cleaners was fantastic! We lost electricity as so many did I. The area. We are grateful for a safe experience in the beautiful mountains of Boone. Highly recommend this home. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. "

"What a great location. The river just off the balcony is peaceful and relaxing. The round house is a unique experience that you should try. Communication with the property management was smooth, easy, and reliable. A small gripe is that we wished all the blinds worker. All in all, we will be back!"
