"Checking in was easy both at the gate for parking pass and at the lobby for check in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend 4 wheel drive if visiting after snow or ice storm. We made it up the first night but slid several times due to ice (the sign at the bottom did say use 4WD). The shuttle service from parking lot to the building is a SUV worked fine for pickups and drop offs, we never had to wait more than 2 to 3 minutes. They have a pantry and "bar" on site for food and...

"We had a lovely couples getaway. This place is the perfect hideaway and we loved using the fireplace. The little creek is a short walk from the house and we got the blessing of seeing a few inches of snow while we were here. It was beautiful. I would love to stay again in the future!"

"Was the perfect place for myself, my husband and daughter. Well equipped kitchen, also child friendly which was very nice! Had step stools, pack and play, puzzles/books, she loved it. "

"I stayed during the snow storm and Devon and Al were helpful, welcoming and warm. They went above and beyond expectations to make my stay as comfortable as possible, even going so far as to shuttle me back and forth to work when my car couldnt handle the weather conditions. I am forever thankful for them."

"Pros- very responsive host! - great view of the mountains and slopes - relatively close to alot of stuff Cons- not clear at all how to get to the actual unit. They gave an address to a building on the opposite side of the property, there are 11 buildings so they need to be more clear on instructions on exactly what building to go to and what floor. -No pool/spa access- you have to scan a badge to get into the pool/hottub area and there was no access key left in the room, which the heated pool...

"Property was excellent at all aspects. Very Clean, Very nicely decorated, very comfortable, Location was perfect to walk to resteraunts and shops. Had every thing we needed plus lots of perks like coffee bar, pool table and more. Will definetly be back. "
