"The room was not bad, but we had no hot water in the shower and the phone in the room didn’t work. We were so tired after a long work day we decided it was not worth addressing the situation issues. Oh and well before 10 the housekeeper knocked on our door to ask if we were checking out. This was on our checkout morning. Don’t they have a list?"

"The day we checked in was busy as it was an Astros game but the staff was quick and efficient while still being friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean, very nice, and great! We requested a rollaway bed and they had it brought to the room promptly given it was busy. The valet were also very quick in bringing the car down. "
