"I loved the old world charm of this hotel. They even had A/C in the room, which is rare in Europe. It was clean, the staff was wonderful, and it was easy to get to the square, the old square, and other areas for touring and eating and shopping. They have a restaurant, but I didn't try it. The only drawback was a lack of laundry service. "

"Lovely, welcoming hostel in the Kazimierz district. Well situated for lots of good bars and restaurants. The hostel is clean, bright and comfortable and the comms before arrival to arrange airport transport and self check-in was top notch. Have stayed before and will stay again! Great value"

"I would have graded this hotel higher but it is advertised as 4 star. I would rate it a very good 3 star but that takes nothing away from the hotel itself. The staff couldn't do enough to help, breakfast was briliant and although there was no bar in the hotel the surrounding area has numerous dining and drinking places, something for everyone. We were advised that the hotel is closing at the end of the month which is a great shame as I would have no hesitation in returning. Excellent value for...
