"They really should change the carpeting in room 300, the desk table had some real rickety legs on it Old coffee stains on the crooked thermostat that is not in order anymore. You have to operate the heat and air from the unit itself. Donovan at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had hot water and a comfortable bed. It's just when you see that carpeting with that many stains on it, you wonder how clean the rest of the room is !!! My number is 715-299-8148 if the staff or choice hotels has any questions "

"Great value hotel. Clean, quiet, with friendly staff. Restaurants nearby, including Colonial Cafe across the (busy) road. Short drive to downtown St Charles. Easy parking. Good breakfast."

"I liked the proximity to NIU. The room was nice and clean. The water in the bathroom got hot quickly. The fan and the light in the bathroom was rather noisy however and the light would not come on without the fan which was a slight drawback. But overall, I was pleased with the room and cost of the room."

"Easy check in. Convenient to where we were attending a dance competition. Pool was clean and the grandkids enjoyed playing in it. Food nearby. Park nearby. Hotel was older but well kept. Quiet and clean rooms. Parking was convenient to our rooms. Staff was nice. They had a small continental breakfast area, ice machine, vending machines with soda, chips and candy. Rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable, harder than home, but good for a one night stay."
