The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, only complaint was poor water pressure at the sink. The outside grounds were overall clean, however when we left on a Sunday morning there was considerable trash on the ground by a wooded area by the parking lot.

The room had a smell and was extremely outdated. . I asked for an extra blanket and pillows and was told they didn’t have any. The profile on the site showed a pool but when I checked in it was closed as they are making it a conference room. This is totally false advertisement. I will not be staying at another Comfort Inn EVER!! And am now questioning Expedia for this stay option.

The elevator and common areas were really dirty. The room was clean enough but there was only one towel, one washcloth, etc. and the surfaces in the room really needed to be wiped down. No hair dryer.

Overall nice stay. Little mix up at check in. The hotel did not receive the email for my reservation but with help from the front desk person we were able to get it all handled in 15 min or so .. location was ideal.

First off, we did not get the room that was reserved! And of course they had no other rooms. Second, we couldn’t figure out why after flushing the water tank would not fill. Look inside and there is a syringe! The light in the bathroom kept shutting off, make it awfully hard to shower. Then would turn on at night for no reason. Fold out bed had a red round stain on it which freaked my teenager daughter out. Pool was under maintenance entire stay! Overall will not stay here again. For the price paid, was NOT worth it
