"Perfect location for the beach, property overlooks the beach, and while the private beach access is close due to repair work, beach can be accessed next door only a 2 min walk. Beautiful view of the beach and sea from the patio, and good for stargazing at night too. Property description was accurate, save for a grill brush that we could not locate, also dishwasher tablets/ laundry detergent not included.but overall a pleasant experience. "Our family, consisting of 4 adults and 2 grandchildren, stayed for 9 nights in this wonderful condo. It was much larger than I expected and very clean, which is high on my priority list. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to cook actual meals. The microwave was not working so I messaged the property manager and she responded immediately! "Ponce Inlet is the best! The location is great. The house, if properly taken care of would be amazing. The pool was filthy. Called to complain.. they sent the company to put more chemicals in it but I spent the next day scrubbing the walls and floor of the pool with the outdoor broom. There are no pool tools like net or broom available. Literally all the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. Two of the TVs did not work. One was missing a power cord and that was fixed, the other never got fixed....

"We really loved this condo. Very clean and convenient. Suggest more soft seating in TV area. One or two more chais or a love seat would be great.It was hard to find from street. A light on the sign would be helpful. We'll be back."

"We initially rented a property from the same person in south Daytona but due to Milton hitting and the power still being out upon our arrival the owner offered us his other property in new smeryna at no additional cost. The owner was awesome through the whole process , offered a full refund or his other property with no hassle and for the inconvenience of being further away from our event destinations he threw the pool heater in for no additional charge as well. "

"The house was very clean and well stock. The large deck with numerous chairs over looking the ocean was a great place to enjoy family and the sun rise. The host team was great to work with and very responsive to any issues. We enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed here for a month. It was a nice house with everything we needed. I was able to make a full Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen. We really enjoyed being close to the beach and close to the yoga studio I go to when in Florida. We would definitely stay here again. "

Things that could be addressed; Pictures of the property need to be updated, Refrigerators, Ice machines and water dispensers did not work in both units.
