"Our stay was great and we didn’t have any of the problems that others wrote about. It was surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The only problem we had were other guests. A team of Softball players and their drunk parents were being completely obnoxious our entire stay, including witnessing them screaming at staff. The other guests were not the hotels fault tho, and we hope the kind lady at the desk had a better day after the group...

"The room needs an update. It was very clean and well stocked. But, I really hated the shower head spray"

"Our only complaint was that our shower showed signs of age and wasn’t clean. We decided not to use the shower at all. Soap scum buildup on the shower glass doors, mold and stains on the tile grout. Bathroom sink also did not drain. Prior to arrival I never noticed anything about being charged for parking. That really was a turn off. The only staff member who we had conversation with was the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in. He was pleasant. "

"Our trip for the weekend was to the river. This Hotel, California Inn & Suites, Rancho Cordova, was located exactly where we needed. The staff was very nice and served with a smile. It's not a 5 star hotel but it was perfect for our trip. The cost was low and this attracts a certain type of people but it was quiet for our Friday and Saturday night stay. We would stay again if we are in town again. "
