"We stayed at Casa Bombo for 2 nights while in Granada and our room was amazing. The hotel has an unbelievable view of the Alhambra, no need to go anywhere else for that view. The location is amazing, it's in the heart of the Alcaicin which is a great neighborhood to explore. The hotel is better if you don't have a car, and I would pack on the lighter side to more easily navigate the area with your luggage. The staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough great things...

"When we arrived we were informed the hotel we made a reservation in, Cobertizo Palacio de Santa Inez, closed. They were accommodating in providing a nice room at the Rosa d’Oro a different property owned by the same company. It was a nice room but half the size of the room we reserved."

"Stayed at inside plaza for 6 nights, we booked a studio room but were given apartment 34 which had a separate sleeping area which was lovely. Comfy beds and nice sitting area and the location was perfect. Short walk in ski boots to both lifts and right in the heart of town. Supplied with cleaning products , soap and shower gel so the only thing we needed were more toilet rolls. We usually stay at the Melia but thought we would try an apartment and please we did. "Everyone was so helpful from the front desk to the servers at breakfast. Fabulous location. Truly steps away from the Alhambra entrance. Very tranquil and nicely finished. Beautiful and safe walk down into town - nature filled locarion. I will be back!! "

Absolutely Fabulous!

"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof but we didnt have any problems. Will stay again."

"The staff was very friendly and provided useful information about the area when we checked in. Having driven to the city, we parked at one of the recommended parking garages and took a cab to the hotel. Staying in the historical building was amazing! It’s definitely not an experience for someone expecting a new 5 star hotel. Plenty of noises from the street and from other rooms. For us, this was part of the charm and enhanced our adventure. When we opted to stay for a second night in Granada, the hotel was fully booked but was able to accommodate us in their apartment for a very reasonable rate. They moved our luggage for us while we were at the Alhambra and provided another excellent experience. If we come back to the city, I’ll check out their apartment as it’s more of our style. At the end of the night, my wife and I enjoyed sitting on the roof top terrace with our drinks and relaxed with a view of the Alhambra. "
