"For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. "I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. "Right at the centre of the resort - v short walk to ski lifts Good hosts and very Spanish feel about hotel. We had an excellent studio which was well equipped and serviced daily. Underground secure parking and a ski locker were v convenient. Maybe a little more detail on arrival process as one way system and underground car parking can be a bit confusing for new arrivals. "Went with my 5 year old son - ski trip. Located quite far from the main square, so had to drive there every day. Room was clean and warm. Very basic. No duvets, just blankets. Dinner was excellent - proper home cooked food. Lots of choice. Breakfast - OK. Nothing warm. No meats or cheese either. Croissants, toast, cereals. We were on a half board basis and to our surprise we got given a packed lunch: basic baguette sandwich, nuts and a drink (coke/fanta/aquarius)."

The hotel has a nice facade but is dark inside and there is next to no activities. To access the pool we were led through a garage and the pool was not clean. "we booked for 5 nights for our ski trip to Sierra Nevada, it was a great base and Julie was the perfect host. It was much nicer than staying in the ski resort & the village is lovely too. Our room was big and we had a comfortable bed and good shower which is exactly what you need after a days skiing. We arrived late due to a flight delay but Julie was very understanding. We will definitely be back."
