"Safe, clean and perfectly located. Hotel staff was exceptional!! We had an early morning train and they had breakfast prepared for us to take on our journey. We can’t wait to return to Granada. A shout out to David Murcia who made our stay more special due to his hospitality and making us feel so welcomed. "

"Great location close to the Alhambra and the centre of the city. Very good helpful staff, lots of eating places around. Book your Alhambra tickets over a month in advance or you have to do what we did - pay the earth for tickets from scam ticket resellers. Tainted our visit to Granada."

"Overall an excellent stay from the moment I checked in to when I left. The room I had was newly renovated, quite large, well laid out, eco friendly (although a recycling bin would have been good) and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable and the shower (controls) the best and easiest to use. A small Juliet type balcony was a really nice addition. I was offered daily breakfast at a promotional price and the buffet was good and very adequate. The staff at the hotel were all excellent but special mention of Alberto who was very thorough, friendly and professional and Alexander on the front desk who assisted with a dinner reservation. Staff at breakfast were all very good. The hotel is very well located and close to a lot of things. Would I stay here again… ABSOLUTELY"

" Modern hotel, loved the amenities and the room. Room was facing the street that we didn't hear. The hotel is 15- 20 minute walk to the main center. Very friendly stuff. Taxi was easy to book and arrive promptly. Booked the room with parking. That was the right choice, parking was full. "

"Recently remodeled-from check-in to checkout our stay was wonderful. Amazing remodeling of the hotel. The room was well decorated and the beds comfortable. The morning buffet breakfast had an amazing variety of food and flavours with a great helpful staff. Eggs/omelets cooked to order. A real experience every morning. The terrace on top of the hotel had a great view of the city and Sierra Nevada mountains-with a full bar/food service. Front desk was professional and always willing to help in any way. It’s been said location location location and this hotel had it. Perfectly located near shopping, restaurants and historic buildings. A must stay!!"
