What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. "DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. "Fantastic! ...sums it up really. We booked late, but the property manager/landlord quickly got in touch and helped us through the process. Professional yet friendly. The apartment itself was nice and clean, with a lovely huge bath and decent shower. The kitchen was well equiped and open plan with dining area and lounge. "The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. "There was no checkin process, info, guidance etc. Pretty much have to figure everything out yourself, including where the front door is. Gotta download a janky app to unlock the doors and then you have to specifically ask for the wifi details before they’re provided.
