"My stay at the FOX Hotel Glenmarie was marred by several concerning incidents. The most alarming occurred shortly after check-in when another couple was mistakenly assigned to my occupied room. This created an awkward and uncomfortable situation for all parties involved. While this may have been due to a lag in their reservation system, such a basic security and privacy breach is unacceptable for any hotel. "We had to find a place in KL quick and someone proposed us Domitys. It was a great place after staying in Hong Kong. Spacious and in a residential neighbourhood, just what we needed. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Nice food place 10 minutes down the road (walking). It is also not too far from various sights in KL."

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff.

"Great location, close to the MRT and LRT lines and the Petronas Towers. Located in a shopping mall this allows easy access to shopping under one roof. Fantastic for a weekend break in this amazing city."
