"What a great place! Nicely furnished, clean & comfortable. The owner is FANTASTIC & she makes a yummy breakfast every morning. Everything that you need is nearby, restaurants, bars, live music, shopping. The beach is directly across the street. You can also use the facilities of the resort across the street for 2,000 rupees per day. This includes beach chairs, towel, pool, wi-fi, restaurant & bar. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Sri Lanka. "

"Great spot for our arrival in Sri Lanka. We stayed one night. Comfortable bed, large room and easy walk to the Main Street to get dinner. The owner drove us to Habarana the next day for a fair price and even gave us several recommendations for our next few days and bought us local fruits. "

"The hotel sits alone as a quality hotel in the area. It was very quiey but filled up quickly due to a conference. The beach is ok, but allow for lots of rubbish washing ashore. The hotel room was nice - a bit tight for our suitcases but it had everything. The coffee in the room was old and we just binned it. "We stayed here few times. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants and beach. Wifi had problems on some days. The staff tried to do their best to sort this. Overall nice place. "

"Lovely hosts giving you a truely personal experience. Access to next hotel's pool is a nice touch. The room layout was odd but they will be undergoing renovation soon so hopefully reworking the internal layout. Otherwise clean and tidy and nice view of the garden to the beach. "The owners are a very friendly family and they were very helpful when we were planning our trip and wondering where to go! The rooms are very nice with a lovely big and modern bathroom, and the place itself is very close to the beach, and only w 20 minute drive from the airport which is perfect!
