"Really poor service – manager had no idea we had made the reservation through Hotels.com or what Hotels.com even is… It took a hour of the manager calling someone outside the hotel and looking at the reservation confirmation ion my phone before we were able to check in. The room was really dirty and I feel I have pretty low standards. There were quite a few hairballs in the room and in the bathroom. Hotels.com reservation said the room included airport transport. The hotel staff had no idea...

The room layout was odd but they will be undergoing renovation soon so hopefully reworking the internal layout. Otherwise clean and tidy and nice view of the garden to the beach. "Hade kontakt med ägaren dagen innan ankomst och bestämde tid och pris för upphämtning på flygplatsen. Trots det var det ingen som mötte upp oss och väl på hotellet visade det sig att det inte fanns något rum till oss. Ägaren fixade ett rum på ett snarlikt hotell 200 m bort. Det andra hotellet var ok, men inte mer. Extremt DÅLIGT att bokningen var 'borta', men trots detta visste han mitt namn och att jag skulle stanna 3 nätter..."
