"This was the perfect location and size for our family of 4 to use as a base camp to explore greater DC. The walk to King Street or the Waterfront was 10-15 minutes or less. The Metro station was 10 minutes or less. There was a Trader Joe’s about 2 blocks away. Loved the location and the neighborhood vibe. Look forward to visiting again."

"Located on a quiet street, and didn't have any issues finding street parking close by. Close enough to drive to most anywhere or get to a metro station if you would prefer to travel that way. It was big enough for our family of 5 and met our needs for our vacation. All the stairs took some getting use to since every room is on a different level. Check-in and check-out was easy. "

"We came with a group of high school students. The house had a ton of room for a large group like ours. The host was very attentive if I had a need or question, it was answered immediately and very helpful. The house is beautiful, first class all the way, fresh, clean throughout. Our group will definitely book this again next year for our trip. This house is also very close to bud stop, fast food, and many other amenities. I give it a 10 of 10!"

"We had a nice time renting Micaela’s home. Thank you for allowing our dog to stay as well, she enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The home was in a really nice, very walkable neighborhood convenient (Dunkin and grocery store right down street) to many landmarks. The master bed was really comfy. The kitchen had everything (coffee maker didn’t work for us but we just hopped down to Dunkin) but home could have used a thorough cleaning (we’re not clean freaks either so we’re not being overly picky)....
