"Very clean and updated house in a very convenient location. Nice neighborhood but close to highways and conveniences. Would be nice to have dressers or luggage stands in bedrooms. Beds seem to be listed in “European sizing”, meaning their “King” bed was what is called a Queen in US and their Queens are really full or doubles. But, beds were comfortable and area is quiet. "Our family stayed here for a graduation trip. It exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone and the property was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all cooking amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were also very helpful for our group. Not familiar with the area, we weren’t sure what to expect. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Close proximity to everything we needed. Thank you! "

"The location was very quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean and well equipped. The only issues were the sofa was broken or becoming unstable, the washer was leaking and very loud when running, and the door to the downstairs bedroom was broken. However, the property owner was quick to respond about the issues and our stay was unhindered by these issues. "There were five of us- all women in our 50-60s. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, so it was perfect for our group. The downstairs has a second kitchen, living room and bathroom. Parking is right in the driveway. You can park at the metro - a 15 minute drive away, and easily get to DC. The IAD airport is a half hour away. "The property was great. The kids liked it and it was actually more than what our group of five needed with 4 beds and 3.5 bathrooms; we actually didn't use the downstairs bed. A couple minor maintenance fixes would have made this perfect. The communication from the owner was impressive too."
