"4 star hotel but the service is without a doubt a 5 star standard (would indicate a higher level if there was one). The staff were incredible from day we arrived till the day we left. This includes the reception staff, bell boys to housekeeping. Extremely attentive and always polite and quick to action. "Staff argued my booking, saying they had no record of me coming. Dirty room, no hot water, provided toiletries were leftovers from other guests. air con didn't work. Mini bar was an unplugged empty fridge, but it did work so I could keep things cool overnight. I didn't see any staff after checking in (They didn't ask for ID), so when checking out, I left my keys at the reception after my one night stay. Plus sides, 20 mins walk to the airport and Wi-Fi was good. "
