The rate of that we can't expect too much, that place close to Con market, but we came during rain time so walked around was dirty on sidewalk."

"House cleaning forgets to clean room. Mold in the shawer. Use toiletries on desplay for use. Uring smell when airconditioner not in use. Toilet vents are leaking. Regular elevator maintanane performed during evening hours. No elevator and getting to the 8th floor is hard for anypersob over 60years old."

"Perfectly suitable for what we needed it for. A place to crash. Had a huge Smart TV with English movie stations and could cast our own stuff from phone as well. Mini fridge with water was helpful. Very friendly staff. "

"Our complaint about noise from the room next door was addressed promptly. Huy took the complaint and followed up. We didn’t have anymore issue. A better buffet choices at breakfast other than other hotel we stayed. Body gel smells good and water pressure was great even bein on 15th floor. Fridge is not cold. No complaint. We will stay again."

"Staff argued my booking, saying they had no record of me coming. Dirty room, no hot water, provided toiletries were leftovers from other guests. air con didn't work. Mini bar was an unplugged empty fridge, but it did work so I could keep things cool overnight. I didn't see any staff after checking in (They didn't ask for ID), so when checking out, I left my keys at the reception after my one night stay. Plus sides, 20 mins walk to the airport and Wi-Fi was good. "

"The reception folks went above and beyond. They were amazing. The bed was very uncomfortable. There isn’t many actual restaurants in walking area so we went to the hotel restaurant but boy menu is very limited. Room was great but location wasn’t ideal"
