"Do not book through hotel.com i tried to check in and they say they did not receive the booking nor recognise hotel.com i had fully paid through hotel.com and contacted them but nothing resolved and till today no refund. I had to pay cash (double pay ) otherwise i was without a place to stay over the night. I checked out the next morning and stayed at another hotel. "We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The tub was huge. Got a little sick, needed a hot bath, hot water was not a steady stream; had to wait for water to heat up to fill the tub. The apartment was very spacious and overlooked the nightlife. The room is right next to the restaurant where they have a live band playing. It may be torturous to listen to until they stop. The AC worked well, but one room did not cool down at all. Staff was great, but tour company (to Hue) was not the best...

"This is the worst place yet for my stay experiences. This hotel has been let go for quite some time. There is mold/mildew on the sink counter. There is a very bad smell in the entire room. The remote for the tv is missing and there are no channels of any kind. There are insect larva hanging from the ceiling and walls. The carpet in the hallway on this floor doesn’t look to ever have been cleaned. The seal for the window has come out and is just hanging there. The traffic noise is awful even with...
