"Excellent location, very clean, and very capable staff. If you stay for any more than four days choose an apartment, where the 2BR apartments come with a cooktop, washing machine/dryer, and a full-size fridge & freezer - as well as all the amenities of the actual hotel. Speaking of which, the breakfast buffet and gym were excellent. Special mention must go to Nam, one of the hotel's concierges, who went out of his way to organise a number of our side trips for us and help navigate our way around Da Nang. Perhaps the only small minus was the flotilla of motorbikes zooming down the main street almost every night - but I guess that's the price one pays for having a room overlooking the Han River. If you close the sliding doors the noise reduces considerably but we liked the fresh air rather than using the air-conditioning. Our two-bedroom apartment also had a very large balcony, which was fantastic to sit out on and watch the world go by on the river. The hotel was also directly opposite the boarding location for the night river cruises."
