"Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual."

"The apartment was fine, but the sofa was disgusting and I just could not sit on it for the duration of my stay. This was reported immediately, and the team did try to clean it up, but it was so awful they couldn't do much. Otherwise the apartment was fine and comfortable. "James was a great host as he was always available to answer any of our questions. The flat was exactly as the photos showed and was well maintained and quiet. "My daughter and I stayed in Tooting to get a feel for the town and to look at dorms in case she came to school in London. It was the perfect place to use as a home base. The apartments was exactly as the pictures, clean, cozy and good location with the bus. Everything was perfect for cooking and hanging out. We will stay here again."
