Great value for money. The choice of breakfast was very good and delicious. The parking outside, although limited was very well priced (council owned, but you pay in the hotel). "Arundel is such a stunning place to visit and The Swan Hotel is a great base to see it from. I can’t fault the check in or the service, both were excellent. The breakfast was really superb and the quality of teas and coffees in the room was really very good. I’ve taken off one star because our room was cramped and had a very small window making it quite dark, plus the shower drained very slowly meaning it overflowed a bit. I would definitely return but I’d make a better choice of room next time,...

"Stayed for one night due to my wife having surgery at the nearest Hospital Kingston. Absolutely amazing service, changed our room to a ground floor which was easily accessible and large for my wife whom is using crutches, couldn’t do enough for us, made a stressful evening into a lovely comfortable one for us both. Highly recommend them 👍"
