"Cute lil chipotle apartment in a great area close to downtown and walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. The furniture is your standard mdf so it has a few chips in it. Also there’s like a rubber lining on the mattress and pillows that made them hot to sleep on. And the a/c shuts itself off every 4 hours. Not like when it reaches temp, but like OFF off. Still for the price point it’s great. "

"if you dont have a car, this property might not be for you. But if you dont mind taking longer uber/lyft trips then it'll be also ok. Also, if you can't walk up stairs or lift your luggage, be advised, there is no elevator. I stayed on the 3rd floor but i believe they have 1st floor and 2nd floor units too. so you will have to make a request. also, there is no walkable stores / restaurant to visit. hence rental car or uber is required. one night, i had to order ubereats and no issues. "I had 3 friends stay with me at this wonderful presidential suite ! We each had our own area / two bathrooms was amazing and the balcony with Austin views was to die for. The only thing we didn't like was being bombarded by time share people upon checking in. Other than that it was certainly worth the money !"
