"Have stayed multiple times with my partner and plan on staying again in future. The facilities of the hotel are great, everything you would realistically want in a hotel, great rooms and very convenient location, being located in the city centre. The staff are very kind and considerate, in one instance on short notice, they managed to secure us a high quality room. Very kind people. "Everything was good except the TV is of a poor quality and the channels are really randomly organised. Also the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and there was no explanation of why that happened!!!"

"The hotel is stunning, its right in the centre of Bristol, 5 minutes walk from the Hippodrome Theatre. Very close to the harbour. We loved the stay at this hotel. "
