"The ac didn’t work well, so it got stuffy a few times in the middle of the night. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and well kept. Great restaurants and shops at walking distance; not to mention the beautiful Copacabana Beach. I would stay at this hotel again. And Mr. Altino (I think that’s his name), the very nice gentleman who works at the front door in the afternoons is the best!"

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were sooooo helpful, thoughtful and nice to be around. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had everything you could want and a little bit more. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. "
