"A lovely little hotel close to the port. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with a view of the Rock. Great shower,towels etc. Only thing missing was a Tea Tray and kettle. Breakfsat was very good with plenty of choice both hot and cold dishes ,pastries , fruit, yoghurts etc etc We would stay again if we come back to Calpe."

"On arrival, staff were very polite and officiant. room was clean, tidy and very spacious and extremely comfortable beds. Great viariety/quality of breakfast in the mornings. would definetely stay here again!"

"The hotel was very nice, we were room only so can't comment on the food. The pool and surrounding area looked clean but we didn't use it as the weather was a bit too chilly. . The room itself was very clean and the twin beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a large walk in shower and bidet.There was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a very handy free safe for valuables. Our room had a large balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool, which is nice in warmer months to sit outside. Maid service was every day if required, make sure you leave the ticket on the door if you wish to lay in late. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Great location also as it's half way between the old and new town, both a 10 minute stroll."

"Meliá Alicante has superb views of beech and easy access to promenade and eating house across the road. Our half board option gave us varieties of dining menu such as paella steak lamb chops and many veggie options for my wife. "

"It’s a decent well priced hotel for a mid February stay. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was included, room was spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, English speaking staff and entertainment on an evening even out of season. Bar prices reasonable. Plenty of free parking around hotel and car was safe. Lovely view even from lower floors. Overall a very good stay. Have booked my mum in there for a week in April for a bit of spring sunshine."
