"Check in was not ideal and they originally refused to accommodate my ask of a double bed. We also watched some people get welcome drinks while we were left to stand around waiting. That said the manager was able to swiftly sort the problem and the rest of the stay was lovely This is a great hotel, Really nice cool area and the beach area is also lovely. The buffet was good with lots of options. I definitely stay here again"

The resort is incredibly fun and well-maintained, offering a wide variety of pools, water slides, and activities for both kids and adults. My wife and I, along with our children, were never bored! The food was consistently excellent, with diverse dining options that catered to all tastes. One of the standout features of this place is its exceptional customer service. It’s clear that the staff is highly trained to provide top-notch hospitality, but a few individuals went above and beyond, making our stay even more memorable. I’d like to extend a special thank you to: 1. **Mr. S El-Shahat**, the pool slide attendant, whose kindness and attentiveness to my daughter were truly outstanding. "I had an absolutely amazing stay at Bel Air Azur in Hurghada! The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. Egyptian hospitality at its finest! The hotel is also connected to a beautiful beach, complete with hammocks and comfortable beds, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene atmosphere. I ended up adding a couple more days to my stay as it was truly relaxing. The security team made us feel extremely safe and were so protective of us as girls traveling. Their presence was reassuring and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. A huge thank you to all the staff for their warm service. I’m already looking forward to returning soon.
