The resort is incredibly fun and well-maintained, offering a wide variety of pools, water slides, and activities for both kids and adults. My wife and I, along with our children, were never bored! The food was consistently excellent, with diverse dining options that catered to all tastes. One of the standout features of this place is its exceptional customer service. It’s clear that the staff is highly trained to provide top-notch hospitality, but a few individuals went above and beyond, making our stay even more memorable. I’d like to extend a special thank you to: 1. **Mr. S El-Shahat**, the pool slide attendant, whose kindness and attentiveness to my daughter were truly outstanding. Your care made all the difference—thank you! 2. **Gamal**, the bartender near the 4 Corners restaurant. Your warm, friendly attitude and engaging conversations made every visit to the bar a pleasure. "I had an absolutely amazing stay at Bel Air Azur in Hurghada! The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. Egyptian hospitality at its finest! The hotel is also connected to a beautiful beach, complete with hammocks and comfortable beds, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene atmosphere. I ended up adding a couple more days to my stay as it was truly relaxing. The security team made us feel extremely safe and were so protective of us as girls traveling. Their presence was reassuring and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. A huge thank you to all the staff for their warm service. I’m already looking forward to returning soon.
