"When I arrived in this hotel from a taxi, I was told that the this location has been converted to a COVID treatment center for months. This was a total shock to me: How could Expedia allows me to complete the booking process for this hotel just like any other hotels? I was forced to find anther hotel on spot to survive a night. What a horrible experience."

"The bed needs to be replaced it was lumpy and saged on the edge. The carpet needs to be washed. There was a very strong perfume smell in the hall and room. The smell dissipated from obnoxious to strong by the second day. Customer service was friendly. The bathroom was clean and modern. "
