People excellent. But the only big,big,big problem is the train running every 7 minutes(counted), not because the noise but the vibrations of everything inside the room, including myself. I suppose if you need to be there for a safe location near university , it’s convenient.

Over all the staff was very helpful and very attentive. When questions were asked about the accommodations. They were also very helpful with the particulars such as ice, towels, hygiene items.
