"We had a really nice time staying over the weekend. The house/property was exactly as described in the listing. It’s definitely a little bit off the beaten path, but less than 20 minutes into town. There were 4 of us, and we had plenty of room. I’d absolutely recommend this property to others and we would definitely stay here again. "

"Needed a place to stay during Dad’s weekend and waited way too late to find something on Campus. This location was only 10 to 15 minutes away, and was diamond in the rough. The location worked great and had gorgeous scenery and surroundings. Would definitely stay again. Angie was a great communicator and host!!"

This place has been redone and has plenty of space for families of all sizes and resides in a great location close to everything Harmar and downtown Marietta. No paper towels. Very large recliner in the middle that had to be moved to get in the fridge, bunk beds or table. Only one dining chair. No running water to wash dishes. "Hawk’s Ridge is a wonderful place! Stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from OU. Close enough to be a part of everything in Athens and far enough away to feel like you’re away from it all. Beautiful home and surrounds - the hot tub is ideal at the end of long day hiking. Our host was very responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a great family occasion. "We had a very nice stay! The home was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The hot tub was lovely (even in 20-something degree weather!). My only complaint (more like constructive criticism) would be that there wasn't enough seating. The house sleeps seven, yet really, there's only enough (comfortable) seating in the living room for five to, for example, sit and watch a movie. A sectional would probably work better in the space. Also, 2-3 of the dining/kitchen chairs had broken...
