"Two primary AC areas did not work at first, but when I notified management they were repaired the next day. This rental had plenty of room for our extended family which is really three separate small families with each able to have their privacy areas yet all be together on the same property. "If I could give zero stars on this property, I would. The space was dirty/unsanitary, from the kitchen to the bathroom to the living areas. No amount of cleaning from the host could have fixed it. On top of that, we brought food to cook on the grill, that was listed. No grill (nor was there an oven), and we could not use the fire pit because there was a burn ban in the county. The host blamed me for not checking local conditions regarding burning prior to arriving. Do not book and stay...

"We had a very nice stay! The home was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The hot tub was lovely (even in 20-something degree weather!). My only complaint (more like constructive criticism) would be that there wasn't enough seating. The house sleeps seven, yet really, there's only enough (comfortable) seating in the living room for five to, for example, sit and watch a movie. A sectional would probably work better in the space. Also, 2-3 of the dining/kitchen chairs had broken...

"We had a really nice time staying over the weekend. The house/property was exactly as described in the listing. It’s definitely a little bit off the beaten path, but less than 20 minutes into town. There were 4 of us, and we had plenty of room. I’d absolutely recommend this property to others and we would definitely stay here again. "
