"If you’re desperate and need a place to park, there’s a good slab of cement for you. People definitely permanently live here in their campers too, and their arms length away from your spot, so be prepared to make some friends….the owner stopped replying to me so they don’t get a great review. I was looking for a place to camp, not a place to park, so please if you’re looking for the same thing, this is not it. I arrived, laughed, and left. Didn’t even get out of my car."

"This was a scam. I paid for a mud spot next to a busy highway. It looked like a place out of a horror movie where people are murdered. This was the worst property I've ever paid to stay at and I've stayed at places with bulletproof glass before. I felt safer backpacking in Wyoming with grizzlies. It would have been better to sleep in my car in walmart parking lot for free."

"The property was amazing! The house was clean with lots of room. One of the things we were looking for was a cozy place, that allowed for pets but we prefer a slightly more modern look and feel and this place was great. The back patio was very relaxing. You are also very close to the local state parks, less than 20 minutes or hocking hills if you wanna go there you’re less than 40 minutes away. We would definitely stay again. "

"This is our second time staying here and it was absolutely wonderful! We came during peak fall colors and the weather gorgeous. The hot tub was the best reward after a day of hiking and the front porch was the perfect place to enjoy that morning cup of coffee! My kids and dog all love roaming around the property and exploring all the caves and hills. Thank you for a great place to get away! "
