Room was clean and neat, we were alocated an accessible room which we did not need, the shower gel was under the shower head which could not be moved so the gel was washed away before you could get your hand away. How someone with mobility issues manages I don't know!. The heater in the room beside the bed banged and popped all night so we had hardly any sleep the first night till it was fixed. "All staff were very welcoming on arrival, my room was spotless and very comfy. Plenty of room and a beautiful view. I was here with my dog Coco and they made her very comfortable and fussed her lots. Reservation in the pub was easy and again at dinner the dog had a blanket and water bowl. All the staff were very friendly and made the stay a lot easier by being helpful with local knowledge. Myself and Coco will be back again soon. "
