Room was clean and neat, we were alocated an accessible room which we did not need, the shower gel was under the shower head which could not be moved so the gel was washed away before you could get your hand away. "Friendly welcome and an easy check in. I was visiting to attend the Welsh Open Snooker so didn't spend much time in the hotel. My single room was cheap in price but well set up and very clean. Great bed and shower. Nice range of courtesy drinks in the room. I didn't buy breakfast so I cannot comment on food or bar service. I will stay here again"

"The room was a bit small but adequate. Downside there were quite a few stairs but no lift. Will definitely go again but will stay on a lower floor. The staff were fantastic , friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Cooked breakfast was one of the best ive ever had. Loads of food , good choices. Hotel situated in ideal place , near the pier and everything within easy walking distance. Beautiful view over the bay with sea view room. Will definitely return to this hotel "

"Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was decent. My supply of coffee was topped up with extra sachets when the staff saw that I'd bought my own jar of coffee after I ran out. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)"
