"This hotel was so clean and accommodating. Also, no noise! The shuttle to and from the airport was great! The staff was so friendly. They held our luggage since we had a late flight out that afternoon and still allowed us to utilize the shuttle. Will stay there again."

"The desk clerks never really seemed to know the answers to questions about the area. There was a bit of confusion about our connecting rooms when we checked in, we ended up with non connecting rooms but they were close to each other so it was fine. Beds were soft, pillows okay, carpets were torn in spots. Some street noise first thing in the morning. But a good location along the embarcadero & close to the trolley stop."
