"This hotel as great, the room though some may consider small was well designed, quiet, clean and comfortable. When I came into the room the TV screen displayed "Welcome S......". I really liked the I Pad that controled everything including daylight and blackout curtains, the wake up "alarm" that slowing lit up the room and played sounds, not a loud buzzing. The night light was a glowing glass enclosed bath that you could control the color. Very cool. The bed was very comfortable. Just a very efficiently designed space. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The hotel was close to the Smithsonian museums and Metro stations were near-by. The hotel has a highly touted sushi restaurant and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Also, the hotel's affordable price is an additional plus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, very cozy, the room was super spacious, the only bad thing was that we got one close to the train line that runs frequently but otherwise it was excellent, the parking was very cheap compared to other nearby ones, the National Mall was a 5 minute walk away."

"Our overall stay was excellent, the hotel was located centrally about 3 blocks from the White House and there are so many coffee shops and restaurants around. Our room was always so clean everyday and we loved the food at Via Sophia too. The hotel lobby was beautiful. Would stay again here in the future!"

"Stayed in king suite-was perfect! The price made it even better. Traveled for a 4 day weekend sporting event with high schooler and my husband. The kitchen was not stocked (no big deal, able to use plates and utensils from buffet breakfast). Much more space than the pictures show, very comfortable, bathroom was large with separate sink which made for easier mornings. Daughter said the gym was one of the best for the money she’s ever used. TVs in both bedroom and living area made it very relaxing in between events. Full size fridge and microwave. Neighborhood was good, especially compared to our past experiences over the last two years in the university area. "
