"The stay was awful. The house was dirty and there were bugs and other things crawling in the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. I have pictures. I did not expect for the home to be that dirty. Furniture was broken. My son even hurt himself on the stairs. I would never return to this property."

"The property is spacious and was able to handle my family of 13 with ease. Short distance to the beach. Had everything we needed. A few minor problems but the management handled them immediately. Would definitely return to the Crabby Mermaid!"

"The house was a very well maintained home, outfitted comfortably, and in a great location. The fenced in backyard was nice for our 2 dogs, who also loved the short walk to the beach, and nice neighborhood to take walks. Perfect fall vacation!"

"I had a lovely, relaxing and quiet stay at John's property. It's located on a beautiful cul de sac that backs up to a canal - saw a Snowy Egret looking for frogs twice. The trees around the yard are full of singing birds. It's a great location without all the traffic and noise of the beach. Really comfortable bed and living room. I'm sure I'll be back."

"It’s not far from ocean but view is small. Quiet neighborhood and stores and restaurants close by. Very clean. A few supplies were low but we got them within a day or two. Bring your own supplies for young children. Free beach access and shower downstairs was great."

The location of this home is perfect for enjoying gorgeous sunsets over the canal, a beautiful pool and deck area, a quiet neighborhood tucked in off of the main road that takes you everywhere you need to go. "We are actually owners at this time share, but we were in a different unit not ours. As always we loved our stay at Sea Scape. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it...
